Privacy policy

What we collect

Your email address when you subscribe, and (for paid subscribers) billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How we use it

To send the newsletter you signed up for, to manage your subscription, and to respond when you contact us. That is all.

Payment data

Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, and you can request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@civicbrief.ca.

Jurisdiction

Civic Brief operates from Ontario, Canada, and intends to comply with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Ontario requirements.
